It’s Taurus Season. The Sun entered the zodiac sign of Taurus on April 19th and it will continue to be in Taurus till May 22nd. This brings the Taurus energy in all of us into focus and enhances its outer expression. You don’t have to be a Taurus for this to be relevant to you. We all have the 12 zodiac signs in our birth chart.

What’s more, there’s a Solar Eclipse taking place in Taurus on April 30th, the effects of which will continue for a while longer. So there’s a focus on Taurus questions and realisations for a while to come.

What are the lessons of Taurus?

Taurus carries what we need to feel secure. This includes material resources like money, food, creature comforts, a safe place to live in, and our natural environment.

But also other factors that give us a sense of security. These could include a sense of self-worth. A sense of continuity. Being settled in one’s daily existence. Feeling grounded.

These factors tend to be personal and differ for each person. What we appreciate and value. How we approach resources.

How we approach what gives us satisfaction like a tasty meal or a cool drink.

Taurus challenges us to take care of our security and satisfaction needs — in the context of our living reality. It could be basic needs like food, safety, security. It could be more developed needs of comfort, contentment and self-worth.

At its core, Taurus is our sense of self. Our personal values, what we like and dislike, what is necessary for a sense of satisfaction, what is excess.

With the upcoming Solar Eclipse in Taurus on April 30th, there’s going to be many Taurus questions for a while to come.

Happy Taurus Season.
